We do our best to publish all product information, pricing, and stock availability information as accurately as possible. However, we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies or typographical errors that may arise.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that involve pricing errors or inaccuracies, which are easily recognized as incorrect.

HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE SHOP:
- Go to online shop
- Click on the article to see all the necessary information to be able to make your decision.
- If you choose to buy, add the item to your cart. Then, you can continue to buy or finalize your order. You always have the possibility to remove articles by accessing the "My Cart" page.
- If you choose to finalize your order, on the "My Cart" page, you must indicate the shipping address to calculate shipping costs.
ORDER BY EMAIL:
If you prefer, you can place your order by email to oportosurfboardclub@gmail.com, indicating the desired items. We will respond indicating stock availability, payment, and delivery instructions.
NOTE: Because it is an online store, the colors shown may differ from the actual ones, depending on the equipment used and the color settings, etc. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for these differences.
After submitting your order, you have 24H to make the payment, after which your order will be canceled.
PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the legal VAT rate in force in Portugal.
The price of our products will always be the one mentioned on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. We do our best to ensure that the published prices are correct, but inaccuracies or typographical errors may occur.
If we detect an error in the price of a requested item, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to confirm or cancel your order. If contact is not possible, we will consider the order canceled and all payments made will be fully refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel orders (even after sending the order confirmation) that involve price errors or inaccuracies, which are easily recognized by the customer as incorrect.
The prices shown do not include shipping costs, customs, or other taxes, these values must be added to your order at the checkout, for more information, see shipping costs here.
NOTE: Shipments to countries outside the EU are carried out in accordance with Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU - Delivery with unpaid duties) and may be liable to customs duty and/or additional taxes, that can be charged by customs in the country of destination, this payment is the responsibility of the customer.
We are not in a position to determine the amount of these taxes in advance (as the calculation method varies by country). For more information, contact the national customs service in your country of residence.
These prices are subject to change without notice. With the exception of an obvious error, the changes do not affect orders for which the order confirmation has already been sent.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments by Bank Transfer, and Paypal.
If you choose “Bank Transfer” our account details will be shown to you in the final step of your order. Please send us the transfer receipt by email to oportosurfboardclub@gmail.com so we can send your order as soon as possible.
If you choose to pay with Paypal you will be re-directed to the Paypal website where you can pay with your PayPal Account.
Our online store is hosted on the wix.com platform, which has a security certificate to ensure that all your data is protected.
All data collection is done by one of the most secure encryption systems, SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
SHIPPING
We ship your order from Portugal to all countries in Europe. Depending on the destination country, your order will have an extra shipping cost, which will be added to your order at checkout and before payment.

Delivery times might be extended during sales and festive seasons.
If you would like to place an order for another destination, contact us at oportosurfboardclub@gmail.com, and we can provide a quote for delivery.

Your order will be sent registered, to facilitate delivery, we suggest that you provide an address where someone is available to receive it (your office, for example).
The shipping address cannot be changed from the moment the order is shipped.
You will be able to follow the order to your door, through the registration number that will be provided to you shortly after shipping.
You should consider the delivery time from the moment your order is shipped.
Delivery dates are only a reference and we will not be responsible for unpredictable events, delays resulting from late payment, or customs clearance in the country of destination (if applicable). We are not responsible for delays in receiving your order after shipping.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If for any reason, you need to exchange the item you ordered, you can do it.
The product must be returned within 15 days from the date you received your order, in new condition and without signs of use, with the original packaging and the original labels properly placed.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event that the return is due to defective items.
Transport costs, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that the customer may incur will not be refundable. In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs for new items are borne by Oporto Surfboard Club.
To make your exchange/return, please send an email to oportosurfboardclub@gmail.com, indicating the reason for it and we will assist you in the process.

The shipping should have tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for parts that may be lost in shipping, the items being the responsibility of the customer until they reach our facilities.
After receiving the product and checking its good condition, the following procedure will be performed:
- In the case of an exchange, as soon as we receive the articles, we will proceed to send the new articles.
- In the case of a return, the amount will be fully credited by the same method with which it was paid. Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.
NOTE: To avoid damage to the product, do not use pointed or sharp objects to open the package. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred during the opening of the packaging.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or one of the following Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entities:
